I'm guessing because stories are harder to judge and our holiday contests already don't have the turn out we would like, spliting it into even more sections would only decress the submissions we already have. Or something like that. I might ask Silver, it's a good question. Also. Percentage wise, there are not as many writers as there are artists and photographers here on ET.
